However, if you require recording even when there is a power failure, you can install an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for the system to counter this issue. What is the duration of recording? Duration of recording is determined by a few factors that are image resolutions, FPS, Hard disk space and recording setting. For example, 4 cameras on a 2TB HDD will be able to record up to 3-5weeks if the system is set to record on motion recording at 12 FPS and 1080P resolution. |
