What happens during power failure?
There will be no recording during a power failure. However, if you require recording even when there is a power failure, you can install an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for the system to counter this issue.
What is the duration of recording?
Duration of recording is determined by a few factors that are image resolutions, FPS, Hard disk space and recording setting. For example, 4 cameras on a 2TB HDD will be able to record up to 3-5weeks if the system is set to record on motion recording at 12 FPS and 1080P resolution.

The detection is basically activated by the process of comparing sequential images and determining whether the difference between them represent motion. If there are significant differences between two consecutive images, the cameras will “conclude” that there has been motion within the monitored area.
With this feature, the user can configure a chain of events such as triggering the recording and sending out email alerts, once the camera determined motion/movement in the area of surveillance.

Arming the System
- Ensure you are the last person to leave the premises before Arming your system.
- If the Green Ready light is ON, the system is ready for arming. If the Ready light is OFF, check to see that all doors and windows are closed and that motion is stopped in areas covered by motion detectors.
- Enter your access code. As each digit is entered, the keypad sounder will beep. If the access code was entered incorrectly, the keypad will sound steadily for one second. If this occurs, press the [ # ] key and re-enter your access code. Exit the premises through the door indicated by the installer as the Exit/Entry door.
- The panel will provide an exit delay period, indicated by keypad beeps, for you to exit the premises without causing an alarm.
